"The world's first water coaster for kids."
That's what Cedar Fair, owner of Schlitterbahn New Braunfels, Texas, is banking on with its newest attraction: Schatze's Storybrook Park, a children's area that includes six slides, a giant 1,200-gallon tipping bucket, and more than 70 interactive water features, the San Antonio Express-News reports.
"We have an epic season planned in 2024 with the addition of Schatze's Storybrook Park and other great new amenities and experiences for our guests," Schlitterbahn New Braunfels' vice president and general manager Darren Hill says in a press release.
The park, which was acquired by Cedar Fair in 2019, also includes the world's first body slides with three little Pugs inside, as well as a character interaction with the park's dachshund mascot, Schatze.
