India's president is set to bestow the country's highest honor on 11 children on Tuesday for their "exceptional achievement in the field of art and culture, bravery, innovation, social service, and sports," the Times of India reports.
President Droupadi Murmu will bestow the Pradhan Rashtriya Bal Puraskar on the kids, ages 5 to 18, in six categories: Art and Culture, Bravery, Innovation, Scholastic, Social Service, and Sports.
"These awards are conferred upon children in the age group 5 to 18 years, for their excellence in six categories," the Times of India quotes the country's minister of women and child development as saying.
