Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is wrapping up a 114,000-square-foot expansion.
Gifts from Olivia Walton and husband Tom Walton of Bentonville and Candace and Michael Humphreys of Dallas are the largest gift since the museum opened in 2011.
The Humphreys' gift was accompanied by a financial contribution to support future acquisitions.
Of the 18 works, 12 are by artists who are new to Crystal Bridges.
