A London-based tech startup has come up with 3D-printed headphones specifically designed for kidsand they're going on sale next year, Fast Company reports.

The Kibu Headphones, which were announced in 2023, are crafted from post-consumer waste, with more than 70% of the components being recycled or assembled by kids themselves, according to a press release.

They also feature a safety engine that limits sound levels to 85 decibels to protect young ears.

The headphones can be purchased directly from Kibu's website, and pre-sales began April 10, 2024, with shipping expected to begin in July 2024.
