The University of Oregon is offering its employees free access to a website that helps them find caregivers.
The site, Care.com, is paid for by the university, the Oregonian reports.
"Knowing that those you care for are taken care of while you are at work continues to be a top stressor for a large number of employees," says the school's chief human resources officer.
"Our contract with Care.com acknowledges the impact that caregiving responsibilities have on our employees and provide a resource to assist with meeting individual needs."
The site also offers events and webinars on a variety of family care topics.
