Sensetime Unveils Ai-Powered Board Game Robot for Young Learners

There's a new board game robot on the market, and it's designed to help kids learn Go, China's state-run Xinhua News reports.

The new product from SenseTime, a Chinese artificial intelligence company, is called the SenseRobot Go, and it's designed to use the company's AI and robotic arm technology to play the ancient board game on a real board.

"The SenseRobot Go is more than just a physical embodiment of software; it is a unique blend of advanced technology and human-like interactions," Shen Hui, the Dean of the Innovative Engineering Institute of SenseTime, says in a press release.

"This exciting approach enables children to concentrate as well as revel in the allure of Go while also promoting overall physical and mental development."

The product is available for pre-order for $558 and $698, respectively.
