The latter is a reference to the state's second round of grant awards that will help create 77 new childcare slots, the Des Moines Register reports.
The grants, totaling $443,234, will be awarded to 11 businesses that will work with local and regional childcare centers to increase new available slots for their employees, not at the expense of existing or available slots in the local area.
