Columbia-based Horizon Foundation has announced that it will be awarding $300,000 in grants to address childhood obesity in Howard County.
The grant recipients are: the Howard County Health Department with $86,000 per year over two years, the Howard County Public School System with $125,000 and FIRN received $90,000.
