With this money CLI plans on providing training and coaching for early childhood professionals and spread literacy curriculum to these care centers.
The grant will also provide trainers for these child care centers to help teachers and professionals advance their skills in how to effectively teach children and equip them with proper literacy skills. Due to the efforts of the Pew Charitable Trusts other organizations have also joined to provide these resources to better equip these care centers throughout Philadelphia.
